What You’ll Do

Design Better Business Systems

Evaluate current workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency across departments.

Develop scalable SOPs, documentation, and operational playbooks that promote consistency while supporting rapid growth.

Implement practical solutions that simplify work without sacrificing quality.

Build High-Performance KPI Frameworks

Partner with department leaders to define meaningful KPIs and performance metrics.

Create dashboards and reporting systems that give leadership clear visibility into organizational performance.

Ensure accountability through structured scorecards and measurable outcomes.

Continuously evaluate metrics and recommend improvements based on business needs.

Strengthen HR & People Operations

Review and improve employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance management, promotions, and offboarding.

Collaborate with HR to ensure operational processes support both employee experience and business objectives.

Recommend systems and processes that improve organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.

Drive Operational Excellence

Lead cross-functional initiatives that eliminate bottlenecks and improve collaboration.

Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes using modern tools and technology.

Champion continuous improvement by encouraging smarter, more scalable ways of working.

Support organizational change initiatives as High Scale continues to expand.

Partner with Leadership

Serve as a trusted operational partner to department heads and executive leadership.

Provide recommendations backed by data, operational insights, and industry best practices.

Help leadership make informed decisions that improve efficiency, productivity, and long-term scalability.

Who You Are

Proven Operations Leader

5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, PMO, or a similar operational leadership role.

Experience within a BPO, outsourcing, shared services, or another highly process-driven organization is strongly preferred.

You've successfully implemented operational improvements that resulted in measurable business impact.

Builder of Systems

You naturally think in processes rather than one-off solutions.

You enjoy creating structure, documentation, and scalable systems that help teams work more effectively.

You don't settle for "good enough" when there's a smarter way to do something.

Data-Driven Decision Maker

You're comfortable building KPI frameworks, analyzing operational metrics, and translating data into actionable recommendations.

Experience with reporting tools, project management platforms, workflow automation, and HR systems is a plus.

Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is highly valued.

Influential Business Partner

You communicate effectively with stakeholders at every level of the organization.

You know how to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and can build alignment across multiple teams.
