Job summary

Lexmark Research & Development Corporation in Cebu City seeks an Operations Lead to serve as integrated management and process expert. You will support day-to-day operations, ensure performance and quality objectives, and backstop the core function as a technical consultant and trainer.

You’ll work with Tech Ops, IT, and business teams to drive governance, process improvements, and timely issue resolution, while mentoring specialists and coordinating training needs across the geography.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Engineering, CS, IT or equivalent; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years in operational data/ops with tech solutions.
• Experience with ERP and defined service levels.
• Knowledge of finance, business and economics.

Responsibilities

• Act as Operations Lead for assigned function/shift/geography.
• Provide consultations to internal/external teams requiring technical or process expertise.
• Offer supervisory floor support to operations and assist the operations manager.
• Collaborate with Leads, PMs, and stakeholders to align objectives.
• Perform root cause analysis for escalations and issues.
• Be primary escalation contact for managers with stakeholders.
