Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MIS, IT, Informatics, Business Management or related field.
• Experience in data quality management, information architecture and governance design/implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the work of employees and ensure efficiency of business operations; set strategic goals.
• Design and implement business plans and strategies to attain company goals.
• Ensure team has adequate resources (people, material, equipment, tools, access).
• Organize and coordinate with business units to maximize productivity.
• Supervise staff and provide feedback to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain relationships with business functions, partners, and users.
• Assess team performance against KPIs, SLAs, and metrics.
• Represent the team in meetings, events and conferences.
• Ensure adherence to COBC and legal guidelines.
