Job summary

Game Ops is seeking individuals with leadership potential to join our operations team in Ortigas, Pasig. The role trains you to perform the Manager's duties and prepares you to join the Leadership team.

Applicants should have prior leadership/organizational experience and be willing to work a night shift on-site, including weekends and holidays, while developing skills across IT-enabled operations and customer support.

Qualifications

• 2 years (or more) background/experience in IT Enabled Operations and/or Customer Support
• Degree in Information Technology or other related course is a plus
• Strong leadership and organizational management experience or potential

Responsibilities

• Lead a group or several groups of people and manage schedules
• Conduct training and performance reviews for skill improvement
• Develop and implement daily operational strategies and procedures
• Assist the Manager with daily operations and coordinate with teams
• Provide quality customer support to clients/players during shifts
