Job summary

Global Healthcare Resource Philippines Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily Medical Billing operations in Cebu City.

You will ensure SLAs, KPIs, productivity, quality, and TAT targets are met while leading Team Leaders, SMEs, and Billing Associates. You will guide workforce planning, coaching, and performance initiatives to enhance engagement and retention, handling client escalations and ensuring HIPAA and CMS compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily Medical Billing operations and ensuring achievement of SLAs, KPIs, productivity, quality, and TAT targets.
• Monitor operational performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions with Team Leaders and SMEs.
• Supervise and provide guidance to Team Leaders, SMEs, and Medical Billing Associates.
• Support workforce planning, staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure adequate operational coverage.
• Conduct performance monitoring, coaching, and employee development initiatives to drive engagement and retention.
• Assist in managing client concerns, escalations, and operational requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, company policies, and client-specific requirements.
• Partner with QA, Training, Workforce Management, HR, and other support teams to address operational and performance needs.
• Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for process improvement, productivity enhancement, and cost efficiency.
• Support new client transitions, process changes, and implementation of operational initiatives.
• Prepare and present operational reports, performance updates, and recommendations to the Operations Manager.
• Act as the Operations Manager’s representative or lead daily operations in their absence, as assigned.
• Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, teamwork, and service excellence.
