Omega Healthcare Management Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily call center and healthcare business unit operations, ensuring efficiency and service excellence.

You will drive KPI achievement, manage capacity planning, and lead continuous improvement initiatives, while maintaining client quality, budget control, and strong leadership of team leads.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Operations Manager (OM) role.
• Experience working in a call center environment.
• Background in a BPO healthcare-related work setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in call center and healthcare business units to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
• Drive achievement of KPIs and consistent delivery of SLAs.
• Lead capacity planning, resource allocation, and workforce optimization.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
• Manage NPS performance and develop customer-focused operational strategies.
• Oversee financial and budget management activities for the team/department.
• Develop and mentor leaders, supporting succession planning and talent growth.
• Prepare and present operational business reviews (WBR/MBR/QBR/YBR).
• Utilize advanced MS Excel (pivots, lookups, dashboards) and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.
• Leverage experience with EPIC systems and hospital billing processes to support operational accuracy.
• Maintain strong communication and client-facing partnership to align operations with business needs.
