Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Operations Manager experience in a BPO environment.
• Strong background in a US Healthcare account.
• Experience in Healthcare RCM and/or Hospital Billing.
• Experience using the EPIC platform.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Bachelor's degree or college graduate.
• Proven people management and operational leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare processes, metrics, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for a US Healthcare Hospital Billing account.
• Manage team performance, productivity, quality, and service delivery.
• Drive operational targets and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Quality, Training, and client stakeholders to address performance gaps.
