Job summary

MEI Technology is seeking an Operations Executive to support daily manufacturing operations, overseeing order coordination, shipments, purchasing, billing documentation, and records, while collaborating with suppliers, customers, logistics providers, and internal teams.

This role requires handling data entry, PO processing, invoice review, and preparing monthly reports, with English and Chinese communication skills.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of electronic components.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese to support customer and internal discussions.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely data entry and maintain proper operational records and documentation.
• Coordinate shipments and logistics arrangements with suppliers, customers, and logistics service providers to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers to coordinate orders, deliveries, shipping arrangements, and other operational matters.
• Monitor shipping costs and related expenses, and provide regular updates to the relevant stakeholders.
• Review and verify invoices, billing documents, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and maintain monthly operational reports, records, and other relevant management reports.
• Process and issue purchase orders (POs) in accordance with business requirements and internal procedures.
• Follow up with suppliers and relevant parties on order status, delivery schedules, and outstanding matters.
• Liaise with the internal Finance team to coordinate and follow up on payment arrangements and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, shipments, invoices, and other operational transactions.
• Support the team in resolving operational, logistics, or order-related issues in a timely manner.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned.
