Job summary

Inland South Cargo Express Inc. is seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee branch performance, tracking cargo flow and ensuring timely deliveries from head office in the Philippines.

You will manage dispatchers, drivers, and warehouse staff while coordinating with Head Office Operations. The role requires 2–3 years in logistics/transport management, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and proficiency with MS Office and cargo-tracking systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, operations, or related field.
• Two to three years in operations/logistics/transport management.
• Experience with cargo monitoring, warehouse or dispatch operations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor branch performance and generate regular operational reports.
• Analyze cargo movement trends, inventory levels, and branch profitability.
• Track cargo flow to ensure timely deliveries and minimize delays.
• Prepare and file shipping documents, waybills, and receipts.
• Handle customer complaints, cargo claims, and damaged cargoes.
• Coordinate with branches and departments for permits, claims, and monitoring.
• Submit operations summaries and performance updates to management.
