Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field.
• 5–7 years in transportation and logistics industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong knowledge in logistics and freight forwarding.
• Familiar with safety regulations and BOC compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day logistics and freight forwarding operations of the team
• Work closely with the CS and Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce cost.
• Address client inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and monitoring of operation transactions
