Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations, leadership, client management, or business development across multiple industries.
• Strong business and financial acumen with results-oriented mindset.
• Proactive, self-starting, adaptable and willing to be deployed anywhere.
• Fluent in Bisaya/Cebuano, essential for field operations and regional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence by ensuring efficient, timely, and high-quality service delivery aligned with SLAs, policies, safety and compliance.
• Drive business performance by monitoring revenue, client satisfaction, growth, and KPIs including Billings, NSO, DBO, and NPS.
• Strengthen client and business partnerships by managing relationships and opportunities for retention and growth.
• Improve profitability and operational efficiency by identifying process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve objectives.
• Monitor operational and financial performance with regular reports and risk/gap identification.
• Provide management with data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Implement and maintain operational standards across teams and locations.
• Identify and address operational risks and challenges with practical solutions.
