• Drive business performance by monitoring revenue, client satisfaction, growth, and KPIs including Billings, NSO, DBO, and NPS.
• Strengthen client and business partnerships by managing relationships and opportunities for retention and growth.
• Improve profitability and operational efficiency by identifying process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve objectives.
• Monitor operational and financial performance with regular reports and risk/gap identification.
• Provide management with data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence by ensuring efficient, timely, and high-quality service delivery aligned with SLAs, operational policies, safety, and compliance standards.
• Drive business performance by monitoring revenue, client satisfaction, growth, and operational KPIs, including Billings, NSO, DBO, and NPS, and translating results into actionable priorities.
• Strengthen client and business partnerships by managing client relationships, resolving concerns, building client trust, and identifying opportunities to support retention and business growth.
• Improve profitability and operational efficiency by identifying process improvements, optimizing resources, managing budgets and expenses, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop teams by fostering accountability, strengthening team performance, and developing direct reports to achieve operational and business objectives.
• Monitor operational and financial performance through regular reports, analytics, and performance reviews, ensuring timely identification of risks, gaps, and opportunities.
• Provide management with data-driven insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement of business and operational performance.
• Implement and maintain operational standards to ensure consistent execution across teams, locations, and client engagements.
• Identify and address operational risks and challenges by working closely with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to develop practical and sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Engineering/technical background is a major plus.
• Proven experience in operations, leadership, client management, or business development, and any of the following industries: trucking and logistics, retail and merchandising, food and beverage, and construction.
• Strong business and financial acumen, with high learning agility and a results-oriented mindset.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to operate in high-stakes environments and work effectively with executive stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-starting, highly adaptable, and eager for continuous development.
• Willing to be deployed/assigned anywhere based on business requirements.
