Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Operations, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, customer support, or office management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Basic understanding of accounting and invoicing.
• Comfortable working with CRM, ERP, and online business tools.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders from receipt to delivery.
• Coordinate packing, shipping, and dispatch of printed books.
• Track orders and ensure timely fulfilment.
• Communicate with customers regarding enquiries, order updates, and support.
• Coordinate with printing, logistics, and other vendors.
• Maintain accurate order and operational records.
• Assist with invoices, payments, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping.
• Coordinate with the finance team for reconciliation when required.
• Manage office administration and operational documentation.
• Monitor inventory of packaging and office supplies.
• Identify operational improvements and help streamline internal processes.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
