Job summary

You will coordinate staffing, inventory, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and finance, while mentoring store managers to meet goals and ensure policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail operations management role, with a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and performance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Familiarity with retail industry best practices, including inventory management, customer service, and process optimization
• Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
