Responsibilities

• Ensures sales targets are met and recommend strategies to increase sales
• Control the shops expenditures and identify areas where costs can be reduced
• Manage and approved cash disbursements of store-related expenses within authorized budget approval
• Ensures completeness of documents for reporting purposes.

Operational Effectiveness

• Ensures shop system standards are met by providing immediate solutions to shops concerns
• Determine improvements that can be and develop strategies for the growth and improvement of the shop
• Maintains quality of service through continuous staff coaching and training
• Ensures effectiveness and efficiency of products and services for recommendations for developments.

Manpower Support and Team Supervision

• Assesses the shops manpower performance
