Qualifications

• At least five (5) years of related experience in General Affairs or Office Administration with two (2) years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance, company services (transport, housekeeping, canteen), government compliances (PEZA, DOLE, LGU permits), vendor/contractor management, and visa processing for foreign employees and business travel.
• Strong experience in managing administrative functions and services.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
