Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer with senior construction experience.
• Minimum 15 years in heavy equipment management in construction.
• At least 10 years in a senior leadership or managerial role.
• Proven ability to lead an Equipment Management Group across multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment, fleet management, and batching plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead EMG to plan, deploy, and optimize the heavy equipment fleet across multiple projects.
• Oversee budgets, maintenance expenditures, and performance to meet safety and quality targets.
