Offshore Business Processing is seeking a detail-oriented individual for a full-time position in Pasig. The candidate must have 3-4 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics, preferably as a licensed Customs Broker, and be willing to work on-site. Responsibilities include managing air and sea freight, overseeing billing, and ensuring timely delivery. Qualifications

• Licensed Customs Broker preferred.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas Pasig.
• Willing to work any shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage Import/Export Airfreight and Sea freight.
• Handle Bill of Lading Creation and Shipment Billing.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure timely pickup and delivery of freight.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics (required)
• Preferably a licensed Customs Broker
• Graduate of BS Customs Administration or related program
• Typing speed of 45 WPM or more, with a strong focus on accuracy
• Strong English communication skills—both written and verbal
• Proactive mindset & ability to stay calm under pressure
• Team player thriving in a fast‑paced environment
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas Pasig
• Willing to work any shift schedule
