Job description

The Operations Excellence Manager will support the Head of Operations and Country Leadership Team in overseeing nationwide operational activities and driving operational excellence across the organization. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient execution of logistics and operational processes, strengthening performance management, and supporting the company’s growth through strategic planning, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day operational functions including first mile, middle mile, last mile, sorting operations, fleet management, customer operations, recovery, and security.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, capacity plans, and process improvements to support business growth, service quality, and cost efficiency.
• Monitor operational performance through KPIs, reporting, and analytics, ensuring targets related to profitability, delivery lead time, SLA compliance, and loss prevention are consistently achieved.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis, project management, and operational standardization across the network.
• Collaborate closely with department heads, commercial teams, regional counterparts, and external stakeholders to deliver end-to-end operational results and maintain strong business partnerships.
• Support long-term network planning and operational design initiatives to strengthen nationwide logistics capabilities and business sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8–10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations, with significant leadership exposure.
• Strong business and commercial acumen with the ability to manage stakeholders and drive operational performance.
• Proven leadership, people management, and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with experience in budgeting, cost management, and operational optimization.
• Demonstrated track record in driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing scalable operational processes.
