Job summary

Sprout Solutions is looking for an experienced operations leader to oversee multi-site operations in Cebu. You will drive service delivery, monitor KPIs, and optimize processes to improve efficiency while reducing costs.

You will coordinate with finance, HR, sales, and logistics, manage workforce planning, handle escalations, and lead continuous improvement efforts across the organization.
