This role emphasizes cross-functional coordination with IT, vendors, and field teams to ensure compliant workflows, reliable data, and minimal downtime across all locations.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Management and Optimization: Evaluate distributor warehouse and recommend proper layout and workflow improvements; Propose and design warehouse setup including proper racking system, pallet layout per SKU, stock arrangement guidelines, picking and counting procedures.
• Conduct warehouse personnel training on inventory handling, stock arrangement, picking and packing processes, cycle counting and stock accuracy practices.
• Modern Trade Operations Management: In-charge with checking operational processes of Modern Trade and partner stores following MPCTI standard procedures; Ensure compliance with guidelines, workflows, and reporting requirements; Monitor distributor operational (order to deliver) and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• ERP System Setup and Management Hardware Support: Lead ERP onboarding and setup for stores; Coordinate with ERP provider for customization, updates, or process improvements; Test and validate system functions; Present improvements to management for approval; Manage and maintain computers, printers, routers, equipment, and other hardware terminals; Install, update, and troubleshoot software; Perform regular health checks and corrective actions; Monitor hardware performance and enhance speed; Install, configure, and maintain POS, ERP, CRM and related software; Support integration and data synchronization between branches and central database; Perform data backup and recovery; Collaborate with IT vendors for updates and optimization.
• Training and Process Development: Conduct training for Depots and Hubs owners, sales teams, warehouse staff; Develop training modules, manuals, process documentation; Deliver onboarding and refresher sessions; Ensure SOP understanding; Provide remote and on-site technical support; Serve as primary contact for system and equipment usage; Develop user documentation and visual guides; Create structured training modules for system navigation and machine handling; Conduct regular user training and hands-on demonstrations; Lead onboarding and refresher training across locations; Monitor performance and training gaps; Develop assessment tools and certifications; Gather feedback for improvements; Coordinate with vendors for enhancements; Maintain training database and ensure compliance with policies.
• Machine and Equipment Management and Maintenance: Conduct regular inspection, maintenance, calibration of machines; Perform troubleshooting and repairs; Maintain preventive maintenance schedules; Coordinate with vendors for warranty and calibration; Maintain equipment inventory and maintenance logs; On-site assessments before openings or deployment; Assist in installation, configuration and testing; Develop maintenance protocols and safety standards; Evaluate performance and recommend upgrades or process improvements.
