Job summary

A logistics company in Quezon City is seeking a qualified individual to oversee warehouse operations and manage logistics activities. You will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers and monitoring shipments while ensuring compliance with operational procedures. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and 2-4 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management, with skills in SAP or ERP systems preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, or operations management.
• Experience in SAP or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Ability to supervise personnel and manage operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping companies regarding deliveries and shipment schedules.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure proper documentation.
• Supervise warehouse personnel and oversee daily warehouse operations.
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, and release of materials and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Conduct periodic inventory checks and report discrepancies.
• Prepare operational reports related to logistics and warehouse activities.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and company policies.
• Serve as System Administrator for operational transactions and basic system support.
