Job summary

GoFLUENT in the Philippines is seeking an Operations English Trainer to onboard, coach, and develop language trainers who support business professionals worldwide. You will facilitate live training sessions and work with Trainer Managers to drive performance, quality, and continuous improvement.

Based onsite in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City, you will lead onboarding, coaching, and development activities, create training materials, and guide trainers through CEFR-aligned practices, assessments,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Instructional Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in language training, teaching, L&D, or trainer development; coaching or mentoring experience is a plus.
• Solid understanding of CEFR and language assessment.
• Experience facilitating online or virtual training using web conferencing tools, LMS platforms, and other digital learning tools.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and feedback skills.
• Experience with trainer performance, quality, coaching, or KPIs is an advantage.
• Certifications in language teaching, coaching, assessment, or online training are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new language trainers
• Facilitate live onboarding and training sessions for newly hired trainers.
• Guide trainers through teaching practices, assessment, tools, processes, and quality expectations.
• Coach and develop trainers
• Conduct individual and group coaching sessions to strengthen trainers teaching effectiveness and overall performance.
• Provide actionable feedback and support trainers in applying it to their training practice.
• Support trainer performance and quality
• Provide targeted coaching based on KPI results, performance needs, and recommendations from Trainer Managers.
• Monitor progress and provide follow-up to support quality and performance expectations.
• Contribute to trainer development
• Identify development needs and support relevant training, workshops, and coaching initiatives.
• Create or update training materials and resources as needed.
