Job summary

goFLUENT Philippines, Inc. is seeking an ESL Trainer Coach to onboard, coach, and develop language trainers who support business professionals across industries. The role is onsite at Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City.

You will lead live training sessions, provide targeted feedback, align training with CEFR frameworks, and collaborate with Trainer Managers to maintain quality and performance metrics. A Bachelor's in Education or related field and experience in language training or L&D are preferred.

Qualifications

• Onboarding and onboarding of new trainers.
• Coaching and developing trainers using structured feedback.
• Familiarity with CEFR levels and language assessment.
• Experience with online or virtual training tools and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new language trainers.
• Coach and develop trainers to improve teaching effectiveness.
• Support trainer performance with KPI-driven coaching and feedback.
• Create or update training materials and resources as needed.
