Job summary

Connext Global Solutions Inc in Davao City is seeking an Operations Director to lead and support the operations team, ensuring client and company goals are met and exceeded.

You will mentor managers, coordinate with the Business Unit Manager, and drive process improvements, KPI tracking, and performance reporting while maintaining invoice accuracy and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• At least five years mentoring and supporting supervisors or team leaders.
• Experience managing or supporting teams of 50+ members.
• Experience communicating with and supporting customers or clients in B2B and B2C environments.
• Leads diverse teams and cross-functional projects, driving performance and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Guides and coaches Operations Managers to strengthen team performance and leadership.

• Aligns with internal leaders and clients to set targets and ensure invoice accuracy.

The Operations Director leads and supports the operations team in consistently meeting and exceeding company and client performance goals.

Responsibilities:
