Job summary

Connext Global Solutions Inc in Cebu is seeking an Associate Operations Manager to lead daily operations and ensure service delivery for clients. You will work closely with senior management to meet quality, productivity, and client satisfaction targets while coaching and supporting the team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in people management or leadership role in a BPO Healthcare industry.
• Has managed a team of at least 10 team members and healthcare background.
• Experience talking to and assisting customers or clients, whether B2B or B2C.
• Experience handling Prior Authorization processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to meet quality, productivity, and client-satisfaction targets.
• Co-manage daily operations with the client—attendance, coaching, troubleshooting—and close open items.
• Run team huddles and 1:1s to set goals, give feedback, and lift engagement.
• Analyze performance and workflows, pinpoint gaps, and drive improvements; partner on staffing, tools, and ops upgrades.
• Track KPIs, prepare reports, and present actionable insights for leadership decisions.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training; oversee QA and policy compliance; lead special projects with defined outcomes.
