Job summary

Trip.com is looking for a Knowledge Analyst in Manila to develop and maintain operational reports and KPIs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Management or related fields, and at least 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst.

Responsibilities include partnering with business teams for data insights and presenting findings to various stakeholders. Excellent English communication skills and knowledge of data visualization tools like Excel and Tableau are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst; customer care centers or travel industry experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to derive business insights from data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operational reports and KPIs for the business department.
