Job summary

Cygnific Manila is seeking a Data Analyst to transform business and operational data into actionable insights, supporting informed decisions and continuous improvement. You will work with stakeholders to analyze trends, identify risks, and provide clear recommendations.

Responsibilities include developing reports and dashboards, monitoring KPIs across site and teams, and enhancing data quality. Proficiency in Excel, SQL and BI tools is essential, with 2–4 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, IT or related fields.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in data analytics, BI, operations analytics or similar roles.
• Experience with large datasets and translating data into actionable insights.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify data inconsistencies.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
