Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, operations, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in administrative support, operations, finance, account support, reporting, or data analysis preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial, activity, and operational data.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities, meet recurring deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Demonstrated judgment, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly RAFT activity, including gathering information, validating data, tracking completion, and supporting timely reporting.
• Support the monthly accounts receivable (A/R) process by reviewing balances, identifying outstanding items, preparing reports, and coordinating follow-up with appropriate stakeholders.
• Complete data-based projects and analyses to support business planning, operational decisions, and Advocacy team priorities.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, reports, and other tools used to monitor activity, trends, service metrics, and deliverables.
• Review data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness; research discrepancies and help resolve data-quality issues.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, summaries, presentations, and planning materials for team leaders and business partners.
• Coordinate project timelines, milestones, action items, and status updates to help ensure work is completed on schedule.
• Partner with Advocacy colleagues and cross-functional teams to collect information, clarify requirements, and support shared objectives.
• Provide administrative and operational support for meetings, initiatives, client-related activities, and special projects as needed.
• Handle sensitive business and client information with discretion and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
