Job summary

MicroSourcing in Cagayan De Oro is seeking an Operations Coordinator | Project Support to provide operational and administrative assistance to project, maintenance, and procurement teams.

You will manage documentation, coordinate stakeholders, track actions, and support efficient business operations. Strong English, multitasking, and remote collaboration with international teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in business support coordination.
• Experience in Operations Coordination, Project Administration, or Customer Support.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project setup activities from sales handovers to delivery.
• Prepare project summaries, installation packs, and RAMS documentation; maintain SharePoint folders.
• Maintain procurement trackers, monitor supplier orders and delivery schedules; elevate procurement risks.
• Support cost tracking by monitoring invoices, subcontractor costs, labor hours, and budget variances.
• Coordinate communications with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and sites; manage inductions and issue resolution.
• Support maintenance operations via scheduling, work orders, CRM updates, and reporting.
• Maintain records across Simpro, Pipedrive, SharePoint and other systems; ensure data integrity.
• Prepare weekly KPI reports and procurement risk reports for operational decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes using technology and AI tools.
