• 3PL & Carrier Operations: Supervise daily transport activities using third-party platforms (such as Transportify) and negotiate rate agreements to optimize logistical costs.
• Valet & Order Scheduling: Handle client booking requests, arrange pick-up and delivery timetables, and coordinate end-to-end valet storage logistics.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align transport timelines and delivery schedules with packing and operations teams to meet customer demands efficiently.
• Shipment Tracking & Optimization: Proactively track live shipments, troubleshoot delays, and optimize routes to maintain consistent, on-time delivery performance.
• Logistics Reporting & Performance: Generate weekly and monthly analytics covering valet operations, carrier efficiency, and overall shipping expenditure.
