Job summary

ISS Market Intelligence in Makati is seeking an Ad Operations Analyst to support the execution, optimization, and reporting of digital advertising programs across our U.S. brands.

You will collaborate with sales, editorial, audience development, and technology teams to ensure campaigns launch on time and deliver value for clients. The role includes pre‑sale and post‑sale activities such as trafficking, testing, pacing, and performance analysis, plus client support.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in ad operations, digital advertising, media planning, or related field.
• Experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM).
• Understanding of digital advertising formats, targeting, trafficking and performance metrics.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital advertising campaigns across ISS Media's U.S. brands.
• Coordinate campaign setup, trafficking, testing, QA, and launch activities.
• Monitor pacing, delivery, and performance throughout lifecycles.
• Optimize campaigns to meet delivery goals and client objectives.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
