Job summary

Exclusive Networks is seeking an Operations Associate to support order entry, processing POs, quotes, and RMAs, and to improve order management processes. You will work with multiple sales teams, ensure data accuracy, and help streamline workflow to enhance customer service.

The role requires 3+ years in operations, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work PST hours (USA). This position offers paid leaves, health benefits, and a performance-based bonus in a global cybersecurity company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations experience. Prior order management experience a plus.
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage a high volume of orders at quarter and month-end close.
• Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Application – MS Outlook and Excel
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• General understanding of the quote-to-cash processes
• High sense of urgency to achieve goals, results driven, communicates assertively, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work well under pressure, customer focused and a team player.
• Must be able to work PST hours (USA)

Responsibilities

• Follow proper protocols to ensure correct order entry and fulfillment.
• When processing POs, quotes, and RMAs, ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Enter data into a variety of organization software systems.
• Work in cross-functional teams to define and review operational and logistical procedures, as well as to introduce new procedures as required.
• Define and execute improvements to order management processes and technologies to streamline order delivery and improve customer service.
• Assist in training other order entry employees in the development of skills and knowledge.
• Support with the continuous development of processes and workflows.
