Key Responsibilities

• Handle and manage complex key client service accounts
• Coordinate closely with clients regarding service requirements, schedules, and deliverables
• Prepare and monitor bidding documents, proposals, and quotations
• Process and track permits, compliance requirements, and client documentation
• Ensure all instructions (especially via email) are accurately executed and followed
• Monitor timelines and ensure on-time completion of commitments
• Resolve issues professionally while maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements
