Qualifications

• Experience in mall operations or facilities management is preferred.
• Ability to supervise maintenance services and ensure safety, cleanliness, and orderliness of a mall environment.
• Strong coordination skills with management, tenants, vendors, and local authorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance services to ensure upkeep of the mall, amenities, utilities and equipment.
• Oversee housekeeping, facilities and utilities management for a clean, safe mall environment.
• Oversee tenant construction and renovation activities and enforce safety procedures as Safety Officer.
• Provide admin support and act as reliever for custodian and warehouse functions as needed.

Position description: Supervise maintenance services to ensure the proper upkeep of the mall, including its amenities, utilities and equipment in accordance with company standards of safety, cleanliness and orderliness that is crucial for the business to achieve its strategic and financial goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supports overall mall operations by assisting management in financial reviews, handling customer concerns, coordinating with LGUs and community partners, and leading mall reports, events, and special projects.
• Oversees housekeeping, facilities, and utilities management to maintain a clean, safe, and fully functional mall environment—ensuring preventive maintenance, contractor supervision, and efficient use of resources.
• Strengthens tenant relations and ensures a safe mall environment by overseeing tenant construction and renovation activities, reviewing plans, resolving site issues, and acting as the mall’s Safety Officer to enforce compliance with safety standards and emergency procedures.
• Provides general administrative support by acting as reliever for key custodian and warehouse functions when necessary, ensuring continuity of essential mall operations.
• Promotes learning and professional growth by pursuing training programs, executing individual development plans, and sharing expertise to build team capability and operational excellence.
