Job summary

China Construction Bank in the Philippines seeks a reporting and data analytics professional to support loan portfolio projections and continuous controls monitoring.

The role involves MAS/audit coordination, data quality oversight for core banking inputs, and liaison with Head Office and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. Strong English and Mandarin are required.

Qualifications

• Preferably Accounting/Business/Finance major from reputable university.
• Minimum 3-years relevant working experience.
• 2-year audit experience would be a plus.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to liaise with Head office colleagues and Mandarin speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare management reporting, growth plans, and financial projections of the loan portfolio.
• Perform data analytics to facilitate continuous controls monitoring.
• Control the quality of correspondent data input for the core banking system to ensure report correctness and MAS/Head Office requirements.
• Assist MAS and internal/external audit requirements to Marketing Department, including documentation, survey, management/financial reports, and customer/facility info.
• Coordinate requests from Head Office and other departments, such as internal control, AML transaction clearance, data consolidation, banking system user test and problem solving.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to implement key credit initiatives by the bank and keep up to date on policy and regulatory changes and requirements.
• Assist Relationship Manager in account opening, KYC and credit proposal for the new customer.
• Execution of ad hoc duties assigned efficiently.
