You will map end-to-end processes using Lean methods and drive measurable improvements in line performance. The role emphasizes data analytics, KPI tracking (capacity utilization, OEE, labor productivity), and cross-functional collaboration with Production, Maintenance, and Logistics to sustain a 24/7 operation at our Pasig

Chef's Secret Inc. is a dynamic, high-growth food manufacturing company operating a multi-line facility. We manage over 150 SKUs and maintain a 24/7 operational schedule to deliver premium baking and culinary products at scale. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a data-driven and process-oriented Operations Assistant to optimize our workflows and ensure maximum production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Optimization: Map out end-to-end manufacturing workflows and apply Lean principles to eliminate operational waste, reduce idle time, and improve line efficiency.
• Data Analytics & Reporting: Track and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) such as capacity utilization, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), and labor productivity.
• Inventory & Material Control: Collaborate with supply chain teams to balance production plans with real-time stock levels, avoiding material shortages or overstocking.
• Layout & Workflow Design: Assist in planning the placement of machinery and standardizing station setups to maximize the 2,000 SQM facility footprint.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enforce food safety and workplace hygiene measures across shifts.
• Cross-Functional Support: Provide coordination between Production, Maintenance, and Logistics to maintain an uninterrupted 24/7 manufacturing rhythm.
