About the role

The Operations Supervisor manages and leads all car park employees under assigned car parks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role involves conducting regular site visits (4-5 car park sites per week), preparing monthly report analysis and recommendations, and securing operational support during working hours, holidays and weekends. The supervisor maintains open communication with all employees, collaborates with departments and partner clients, and operates car parks profitably by maximizing sales and minimizing costs while complying with internal sales, cost and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead all car park employees under assigned car park


• Ensure employee compliance and adherence of all company policies and procedures


• Review and revise policies if needed and seek management approval


• Conduct site visits regularly and accomplish checklist (4-5 car park sites per week)


• Prepare monthly report analysis and recommendations for sites visited


• Manage car park sales and revenue performance and identify strategies to boost sales


• Monitor sales performance including growth and trend, and ensure achievement of daily and monthly sales targets


• Strictly monitor financial and cash transaction compliance of all site employees


• Supervise and evaluate staff including recruitment, performance management and issues resolution


• Plan, implement and monitor staff development including performance coaching, mentoring, feedback and appraisal

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Operations Management, or any business related field


• At least 1-3 years of experience in operations management or supervisory roles


• At least 1-3 years extensive retail industry experience


• Proven experience in managing teams, handling performance metrics, and achieving sales and profitability targets


• Additional certifications in Management, Sales, or related fields would be an advantage
