Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Operations or related field.
• 1–3 years in operations management or supervisory roles.
• 1–3 years in retail industry experience.
• Proven experience in managing teams and achieving sales and profitability targets.
• Certifications in Management or Sales are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all car park employees under assigned sites.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site visits (4–5 car park sites per week).
• Prepare monthly report analyses and recommendations.
• Drive sales and monitor revenue performance.
• Oversee cash handling compliance across sites.
• Recruit, coach, and evaluate staff; manage performance.
• Plan staff development, coaching, feedback and appraisals.
