Qualifications

• Must be able to document and systemize operations across construction and office functions.
• Experience turning tacit founder knowledge into repeatable operating systems.
• Proven ability to develop SOPs, checklists, workflows and scoreboards.
• Strong project coordination with emphasis on reducing chaos and memory reliance.
• Comfort with building scalable processes for multiple markets.

Responsabilités

• Map and document the full operations lifecycle across construction and office functions.
• Create a master operational playbook with SOPs, checklists, and workflows.
• Translate founder knowledge into repeatable systems for the team to follow.
• Standardize core processes to improve scheduling, coordination, and flow.
• Lead regular operational reviews and identify bottlenecks to fix at the system level.
