Job summary

Indie Campers Philippines Inc. is seeking a regional operations professional to optimize local processes and partner relations for day-to-day execution in the Philippines.

You will collaborate with regional leadership to ensure procurement, stock replenishment, and supplier performance align with health and safety standards, while expanding the vendor network.

Qualifications

• Background in Engineering, Business or similar fields.
• Experience in procurement execution and supplier management is a plus.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with local partners and suppliers including real estate, laundry services, gas suppliers, and local cleaning service providers
• Assess quality and throughput against defined standards
• Execute regional stock replenishment procedures required for smooth operation
• Understand and contribute to the evolution of all real-estate standards, creating a physical reality that enables local operation to excel and be compliant with health and safety standards
• Procure and negotiate suppliers whenever required
• Lead the expansion of the network through real estate procurement and negotiation
• Expand the current supplier network

About the role

Be an expert in local operational procedures and contribute to its evolution and adaptation to your region. Assist regional and local operation leadership in achieving operational results. You will be the regional point of contact and maintain ongoing relationships with all local partners and suppliers that guarantee the daily execution of local operations, assessing if quality and throughput are according to defined standards.

About you

• Prone to action with experience taking initiative to address operational needs and ensure smooth workflows

• Experience in procurement execution and supplier management or a similar field is a plus

• Organized and analytical - you look at data to drive your actions and effectively manage your time to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Attention to detail while following detailed procedures and ensuring precision in execution

• Team player with willingness to work closely with team members and local teams and contribute to overall objectives

• Adaptable and resilient - while following procedures you understand how to adapt to unforeseen events in order to reach the end result

• Good communicator with clear and effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and external partners
