As a Fleet Expert part of our regional team, you'll act as a key technical bridge across fleet, mechanics, operations, customer service, and sales, helping ensure our vehicles are properly assessed, maintained, and managed throughout their lifecycle.
You will be focused on providing expert guidance on RV and vehicle mechanical, body, and electrical issues, while centralizing and documenting technical knowledge to support consistent decision‑making across our teams. This will include developing and maintaining damage trees, RV manuals, SOPs for damage identification and assessment, and guidelines for repair approvals.
You will also support our Customer Service teams with on-road vehicle troubleshooting, helping them understand and resolve vehicle‑related issues while coaching teams on how to handle different situations effectively.
A strong financial understanding will also be an important part of the role. You will assess repair spend, vehicle costs, and the rationale behind expenses, helping the business make informed decisions around fleet investment and repairs. You may also support vehicle sales decisions by advising on whether vehicles are sellable based on their condition and the analysis behind it.
Reporting to the relevant regional leadership, you will play an essential role in improving the technical knowledge, consistency, and efficiency of our fleet operations. You will need to work closely with different teams and stakeholders, with your expertise having a direct impact on vehicle availability, operational efficiency, customer experience, and fleet costs.
