With over one million nights rented through our travel platform, we have welcomed more than 300,000 travelers from 169 countries. We offer a comprehensive and expanding array of road trip possibilities: short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and the possibility of buying one of our vehicles available for sale.

Rooted in a deep technological focus, our challenges are both exciting and demanding and require top talent and motivation to be successfully pursued. We are growing our team and looking for those interested in pursuing this dream with us and joining an ever-developing journey.

THE ROLE

As a Fleet Expert part of our regional team, you'll act as a key technical bridge across fleet, mechanics, operations, customer service, and sales, helping ensure our vehicles are properly assessed, maintained, and managed throughout their lifecycle.

You will be focused on providing expert guidance on RV and vehicle mechanical, body, and electrical issues, while centralizing and documenting technical knowledge to support consistent decision‑making across our teams. This will include developing and maintaining damage trees, RV manuals, SOPs for damage identification and assessment, and guidelines for repair approvals.

You will also support our Customer Service teams with on-road vehicle troubleshooting, helping them understand and resolve vehicle‑related issues while coaching teams on how to handle different situations effectively.

A strong financial understanding will also be an important part of the role. You will assess repair spend, vehicle costs, and the rationale behind expenses, helping the business make informed decisions around fleet investment and repairs. You may also support vehicle sales decisions by advising on whether vehicles are sellable based on their condition and the analysis behind it.

Reporting to the relevant regional leadership, you will play an essential role in improving the technical knowledge, consistency, and efficiency of our fleet operations. You will need to work closely with different teams and stakeholders, with your expertise having a direct impact on vehicle availability, operational efficiency, customer experience, and fleet costs.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
  • Act as the technical bridge across fleet, mechanics, operations, customer service, and sales, providing expert guidance on RV and vehicle‑related issues.
  • Assess and troubleshoot mechanical, body, and electrical issues across the fleet, supporting teams in identifying the appropriate actions and repair solutions.
  • Develop, maintain, and centralize damage trees, RV manuals, and SOPs for damage identification, vehicle assessment, and repair approvals, ensuring consistent technical decision‑making across the business.
  • Support Customer Service teams with on‑road vehicle troubleshooting, providing guidance on vehicle‑related incidents and coaching teams on how to effectively handle technical issues.
  • Review and assess repair needs, repair spend, and vehicle costs, providing technical and financial insight to support cost‑effective fleet decisions.
  • Advise on repair and replacement decisions, balancing vehicle condition, repair costs, operational impact, and overall fleet value.
  • Support vehicle sales decisions by assessing vehicle condition and sellability, providing the analysis and technical expertise needed to determine whether a vehicle is ready for sale.
  • Partner with regional and local teams to improve fleet processes, standardize technical knowledge, and increase consistency in vehicle assessments and repair decisions.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external technical partners to resolve complex vehicle issues and continuously improve the way fleet‑related problems are managed across the region.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • Education & Background: Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field, with hands‑on experience in RV, campervan, dealership, fleet, or other vehicle‑related businesses. Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical, electrical, and body systems is essential, ideally combined with experience assessing vehicle condition, managing repairs, and working with repair networks or workshops.
  • Action‑Oriented: You take initiative to address operational needs, solve problems, and ensure the smooth flow of work.
  • Organized & Analytical: Strong ability to analyze data, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Attention to Detail: You follow detailed procedures closely, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Team Player: Collaborative spirit with the willingness to work closely with team members and local teams to contribute to shared goals.
  • Adaptable & Resilient: Ability to adjust plans to meet evolving demands while following procedures to reach desired results.
  • Strong Communicator: Clear and effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, local partners, and external stakeholders.
