Job summary

CDO in Batangas is seeking a maintenance engineer to ensure the safe and efficient operation, setup and upkeep of industrial machinery in our food manufacturing plant. You will monitor machine performance, perform inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and basic maintenance to maximize productivity and quality.

The role requires an engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical or Industrial) with at least 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Engineer graduate (Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical or Industrial).
• Perform regular inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and basic maintenance on machinery.
• Monitors daily machine performance in terms of productivity, efficiency and adherence to standards.
• Report equipment issues to supervisors; assist in fixing problems.
• MS Office Suite skills is a must.

Job description

Responsible for ensuring safe, efficient operation, setup, and maintenance of industrial machinery. They analyze machine performance to maximize productivity, maintain and document maintenance logs, and adhere to safety protocols.

Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in food manufacturing (Production or Maintenance).

Job Requirements:

• Engineer graduate (Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical or Industrial).
• Perform regular inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and basic maintenance on machinery.
• Monitors daily machine performance in terms of productivity, efficiency and adherence to standards.
• Perform regular online checks on products to ensure they meet all quality standards.
• Fix machines quickly when they stop and ensure scheduled preventive care is completed.
• Report equipment issues to supervisors; assist in fixing problems.
• MS Office Suite skills is a must.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, problem-solving skills for troubleshooting.
• Good communication skills to report issues and coordinate with supervisors.

Additional Information:

Successful applicant will be assigned in Malvar, Batangas Plant.
