Job summary

LAC Global in the Philippines seeks a Store Expansion Sourcing Specialist to identify new locations and assess their feasibility. The role coordinates with mall leasing to ensure smooth terms and fosters ongoing mall partnerships for future growth.

The candidate will prepare market profiles, negotiate lease proposals, and help ensure outlets execute planograms and promotional setups. Experience in store construction is a plus, with strong negotiation skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree in business, marketing, or communications.
• At least 3 years of related experience in store expansion or leasing.
• Knowledge of mall construction or store layouts is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source new locations for store expansion.
• Prepare feasibility studies and market profiles for identified sites.
• Coordinate with Mall Leasing for smooth lease transactions with lessor/lessee.
• Maintain relationships with mall management for current and future business.
• Negotiate lease rates or proposals.
• Ensure outlets follow planograms and implement resets as required.
• Oversee outlet maintenance and handle fault requests.
• Coordinate roadshows and promotional events.

• Prepares feasibility studies and market profile of the identified sites
• Coordinate with Mall Leasing for smooth transaction with lessor and lessee
• Maintains relationship with mall management with current and future business transactions
• Negotiates lease rates / lease proposal
• Initial monthly Promotion Guidelines
• Ensure outlets carry out planogram and reset changes
• Responsible for outlets maintenance and faulty request
• Roadshow set up

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Knowledge in store construction is an advantage.
• Good negotiation skills
