Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an Operations Business Analyst to join our team in Metro Manila.

You will partner with department managers and frontline teams to map processes, identify root causes, and implement practical improvements that boost end-to-end efficiency. You will design KPI frameworks, build dashboards, and craft clear SOPs with screenshots and edge cases, complemented by training videos.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, business analysis, process improvement, or quality roles.
• Strong analytical and multi-domain problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis.
• Proven ability to design KPI frameworks from scratch.
• Demonstrated experience creating SOPs and clear process maps.
• Experience driving process adoption, training, audits, and compliance.
• Proficient in Google Apps Script; build, modify, and read automation.
• Advanced Google Workspace skills, including Sheets, Forms, Docs, and dashboards.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently with managers, frontline teams, and senior leaders.
• AI/LLM fluency using ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with department managers and frontline teams across operational functions.
• Investigate workflow breakdowns, map processes, and identify root causes.
• Recommend practical solutions to improve end-to-end operational efficiency.
• Evaluate tools and vendors through requirements, demos, and comparison matrices.
• Design KPIs and measurement frameworks for departments lacking established metrics.
• Build dashboards tracking operational performance for managers and leadership.
• Create clear SOPs with steps, decision trees, screenshots, and edge cases.
• Produce short screen-recorded training videos alongside written SOPs.
• Maintain SOP version control, file permissions, and centralized knowledge bases.
• Lead process rollouts, team training, adoption, audits, and compliance monitoring.
• Track errors and deviations; implement checklists and controls for compliance.
• Build and maintain Google Apps Script automations across Workspace applications.
• Deliver reports with trends, risks, recommendations, and improvement initiative updates.
• Prepare leadership pre-reads, decision memos, and action trackers.
