Job summary

Probe CX in Eastwood, Quezon City is hiring a Business Analyst to own analytics and reporting for a client account. You will turn data into decisions, partnering with Operations, Quality and WFM to drive performance improvements.

This hands-on role mentors the reporting team, builds and automates dashboards, and supports Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews with accurate metrics and insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in reporting, analytics or a business analyst role.
• Experience supporting client-facing business reviews with senior stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel including complex formulas, pivot tables and macros.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
• Knowledge of WFM systems like Genesys/IEX/CXOne and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end reporting suite for the account, including dashboards and weekly/monthly/quarterly packs.
• Build, automate and maintain reporting tools to reduce manual effort.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure single source of truth.
• Provide weekly/monthly trend analysis and forecasts for volume and performance.
• Translate analysis into recommendations for executives and stakeholders.
• Prepare content for Weekly and Monthly Business Reviews and client forums.
