Job summary

Asian Development Bank (ADB) seeks an Operations Analyst to support SEOD and the Operations Coordination Unit in Manila. You will analyze project and country data, assist in program monitoring and TA processing, and ensure compliance with ADB policies.

The role involves coordinating with the Office of Anticorruption and Integrity and preparing operational reports. You will provide analytical, coordination, and administrative support, contribute to risk assessments, and develop briefing materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience, international agencies preferred.
• Operational procedures and practices in international development environments.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare notes, papers, and sections of reports.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Experience with Excel and database tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support SERD and SEOD data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Coordinate with OAI on integrity risk prevention and anti-corruption programs.
• Monitor lending and portfolio data and assist in country programming and TA processing.
• Prepare management reports, briefing materials, and ORM inputs.
• Assist in contract administration through CMS, including variations.
