Job summary

Asian Development Bank invites applications for an Operations Analyst based at the Manila HQ. The role supports SEOD and the Operations Coordination Unit, focusing on program monitoring, portfolio analysis, due diligence, and integrity risk management across SERD.

You will prepare reports, coordinate with OAI, and assist in TA processing while ensuring compliance with ADB policies. The appointment is open to internal and external candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience; international agencies preferred.
• Knowledge of operational procedures in international development settings.
• Ability to conduct background research and data analysis.
• Ability to evaluate information and set priorities.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Experience with Excel and database tools is desirable.
• Familiarity with ADB competency framework.

Responsibilities

• Support SEOD and SEOC in monitoring and reporting.
• Coordinate with OAI on integrity risk prevention.
• Prepare and maintain operational and portfolio monitoring reports.
• Prepare briefing materials and management reports.
• Assist in TA processing and consultant administration.
• Support data collection and management for decision-making.
• Contribute to program planning and pipeline analyses.
