You will assist in basic document preparation, coordinate with hospitals or internal teams, update inventory records, handle phone inquiries, and contribute to a busy administrative workflow within our team in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Filing, organizing, and maintaining documents.
• Scanning and digitizing paperwork.
• Assisting in basic document preparation (e.g., SI, DR, AR).
• Supporting inventory record updates based on submitted reports.
• Coordinating simple confirmations with hospitals or internal teams.
• Handling basic clerical tasks such as phone inquiries and document sorting.
• Other admin tasks as assigned.
