Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Troubleshooting computer systems, printers, and software issues for employees.
• Hardware/Software Setup: Installing and configuring new PCs, software, and peripheral devices.
• Network & Security: Monitoring system performance, assisting with security checks, and managing system backups.
• Administration: Maintaining IT documentation, mapping IT processes, and organizing inventory.
